Events is FlaviBot's calendar for what your server does together: movie nights, raids, staff meetings, streams. Create one on the dashboard or with /event create, and FlaviBot posts an RSVP panel where members answer Going, Maybe or Can't make it, fills a waitlist once an event with a capacity is full, and sends DM reminders before it starts. Events are being rolled out gradually, so the module is not enabled on every server yet.
Members answer from the panel's buttons. Past the capacity, Going puts them on the waitlist, and the first in line is moved up, with a DM, when a seat frees up.
Members who said Going, and those on the waitlist, get a DM before the start: one day and one hour before by default, or the offsets you set for the server or for one event.
Repeat an event daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Every occurrence is a normal event with its own panel and sign-ups. The next occurrence is posted ahead by default, and the module's settings can raise that to five.
Mirror an event with a voice channel or a location into the server's Events tab as a native Discord event, subscribe a calendar app to the server's ICS feed or to your own feed of the events you said Going to, or publish the events you choose on a public calendar page.

Not necessarily. Events are being rolled out gradually, server by server. If Events is missing from your server's dashboard menu and /event replies that it is not available, the module is not enabled for your server yet; that reply links to the support server, where you can ask for access.
It depends on the server's plan, as the table above shows. Only events that are scheduled or live count, so an event that has ended or was cancelled frees its slot. A recurring series does not count for its rule, but every occurrence that has been posted does.
No. Members sign up with the buttons on the Discord panel, and each member has a private ICS feed of the events they said Going to, which any calendar app can subscribe to. Connecting a Google account is optional, and can also let FlaviBot write those events into the member's Google Calendar.
The worker accepts /event create, /event edit and /event cancel from members with Manage Server, Manage Events or Administrator, and from holders of the manager role set in the module's settings. /event list, /event info and /event rsvp need no permission of their own. By default, though, Discord only shows /event to members with Manage Events, so an admin must open the command to everyone, or to the manager role, under Server Settings > Integrations. Members can always answer an event with the panel's buttons.
