This policy covers FlaviBot Premium bought on flavibot.xyz (subscriptions, upgrades, add-ons and lifetime purchases), paid through Stripe. Purchases made through Tebex or in the Discord app store follow the rules in section 8. It completes section 7 of our Terms of Service .
You can get a full refund of any Premium payment within 14 days of the date it was charged, whatever the reason. This applies to a first payment, to an automatic renewal, to the charge of an upgrade and to a lifetime purchase. Premium starts as soon as you pay, and you still get these 14 days.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
A billing period that has already started is not refunded, in full or in part. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your dashboard: nothing renews afterwards, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid.
We still refund, whatever the date:
An upgrade is charged right away for the rest of the current period (prorated). A downgrade, or a switch from yearly to monthly billing, takes effect without a new charge: the unused part of your plan becomes a credit on your next invoices. That credit is not paid out as cash. These charges are payments like any other, so the 14 days of section 2 apply to them.
A lifetime purchase (the lifetime offer of October 2026) is a single payment, refundable in full within 14 days like any other payment. After that, it is not refunded. Lifetime means for as long as FlaviBot runs: if FlaviBot shuts down, lifetime Premium ends with it. What a plan includes can change over time, AI usage quotas included. The Extra Custom Bot add-on is not part of a lifetime plan.
If you paid for a subscription before buying a lifetime plan, that subscription is not refunded or prorated: it stops renewing at the end of the period you already paid. Its last payment can still be refunded under section 2 if it is less than 14 days old.
A full refund takes away the Premium that payment paid for, immediately: the servers you activated it on lose it, and so do custom bots that depended on it. When the payment belongs to a subscription, that subscription is cancelled too, so nothing renews. Refunding a lifetime purchase removes only that lifetime plan. A partial refund (a goodwill credit, for example) leaves your Premium as it is.
If you open a dispute or a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, the Premium paid by that payment is removed as soon as the dispute is opened, and it is not restored while the dispute is open. Contact us first: refunds within 14 days are granted on request, and they reach you faster than a dispute.
Purchases made through Tebex, or inside Discord through the app store, are refunded through those services and their own policies. Contact us anyway and we will help you with the request.
Write to us on the Discord support server or at contact@flavibot.xyz. Include your Discord username or ID, the email address you used to pay, and the date and amount of the payment (the receipt is enough). Payments may be processed by Stripe as the merchant of record, so the receipt can come from Stripe: you still ask us, and the refund comes back the same way you paid.
This policy adds to your rights. It does not remove any of the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country, such as the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
