In accordance with French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the following information is provided about the flavibot.xyz website. Owner status: private individual. The site's creator and publication director is Flav (a natural person), who wishes to remain anonymous. Contact: contact@flavibot.xyz. The site is hosted by OVH, located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the flavibot.xyz website, its dashboard, the FlaviBot Discord bot and the custom bots powered by FlaviBot (together, the "Service"). By adding FlaviBot to a server, interacting with the bot, or logging in to the website, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
FlaviBot is a multipurpose Discord bot: music, moderation, levels and statistics, tickets, forms, giveaways, welcome messages, automations and the other features presented on the site. Some features require a premium subscription. Using the Service requires a Discord account and is subject to Discord's Terms of Service, including the minimum age required to use Discord (13, or higher in some countries). Some features that rely on your consent may require you to be older: in the EU the digital-consent age is 15 in France and 16 elsewhere unless lowered locally, and below that age a parent or guardian must give or authorize that consent. FlaviBot is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by Discord Inc.
Signing in to the dashboard is done exclusively through Discord authentication (OAuth2). We never see your Discord password. You are responsible for the actions taken from your session, as well as for the dashboard access you grant to other members of your servers. You can revoke FlaviBot's access at any time from your Discord settings (Authorized Apps).

If these rules are broken, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend or block a user's or a server's access to the Service, without notice or compensation.
You remain solely responsible for the content you submit through the Service (suggestions, configured messages, forms, comments, templates shared on the marketplaces, and so on). By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce and display that content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service. Templates and presets you publish to the community marketplaces are visible to other users and may remain available, in anonymized form, after your account is deleted. We reserve the right to remove any content that is contrary to our values or to applicable French law. Giveaways and forms are organized by the servers that create them, under their sole responsibility.
Premium subscriptions and purchases are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Tebex) or by the Discord in-app store; your banking details never pass through our servers. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period: Stripe subscriptions can be managed and cancelled online from the billing portal on your dashboard, and Discord or Tebex purchases through their respective stores. Premium benefits are provided immediately after payment. For any billing issue, contact us on the Discord support server; each request is handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices and benefits of the offers may change; changes do not apply retroactively to periods already paid for. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country.
We make every effort to keep the Service available, without being able to guarantee it: the Service is provided "as is" and is subject only to a best-efforts obligation. Interruptions for maintenance, outages, or caused by third-party services (Discord, the host, music platforms) may occur at any time. We may change, replace or remove features. The status of the Service can be checked on our status page .
The site, the bot, their trademarks, logos, interfaces and content (excluding user content and third-party content) are our exclusive property. Any reproduction, representation, modification or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without prior written authorization, and would constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. Music metadata (titles, cover art) remains the property of its respective rights holders.
Full details of the data we collect, how long we keep it, the third parties involved and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy , which forms an integral part of these Terms. In short: we never sell your data; we do not archive your servers' messages; you can turn off the statistics about you (message count, voice time, music listening history) with the /privacy command; and you can request access to your data or its deletion at any time (in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended) by contacting us on the Discord support server or at contact@flavibot.xyz. The site uses only strictly necessary cookies (login session, language, interface preferences); no advertising or tracking cookies are used.
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the Service, from content published by users or servers, from moderation actions decided by server teams by means of the bot, or from third-party sites the Service links to. The information provided by the Service (statistics, leaderboards, transcripts) is indicative only. If you notice an error, please report it to us at contact@flavibot.xyz. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded under the mandatory law applicable to you, including the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
We may change these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page, and significant changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continuing to use the Service after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law, in particular Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the Intellectual Property Code, the GDPR and the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended. Databases are protected by the provisions of the Act of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases. Any dispute relating to the Service falls, failing amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you use the Service as a consumer, nothing in this section deprives you of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
