Ticketing

Ticketing gives your server a support desk inside Discord. A member clicks the button on a panel, FlaviBot checks the blacklist, the business hours and the one-open-ticket rule, then creates a private channel that only the member, your support roles and FlaviBot can see. Staff claim, escalate and answer from Discord or from the dashboard, and closing can archive or delete the channel, send a transcript and ask the member to rate the help. Every plan gets at least one panel, and Premium adds more.

Panels members click

A panel is the message members press plus every rule that applies to the tickets it opens: its category, its support roles, its labels and its own statistics.

Claim, escalate, assign

Staff claim a ticket so nobody answers twice, escalate the ones that need a lead, pull extra members in, and keep private notes in a staff-only thread.

Transcripts and ratings

Closing archives or deletes the channel, can send a transcript to the member and to your log channel, and can ask them to rate the help they got.

Checks before a ticket opens

The blacklist, the panel business hours, the one-open-ticket rule and the optional price are all checked before a channel is ever created.

Questions about Ticketing

What permissions does FlaviBot need for tickets?

Manage Channels, because it creates the ticket channel and sets its permissions. Manage Messages, Create Private Threads and Manage Webhooks unlock optional extras and are skipped quietly when missing.

Do members need a command to open a ticket?

No. Members click Create a ticket on your panel message. Staff have /ticket to add or remove a user or role, ask the member to close, and manage the blacklist.

Who can close a ticket?

Staff always can: a holder of one of the panel's support roles, or anyone with Manage Server when the panel has none. For the member who opened it, the panel decides: always, only once claimed, or never.
