DJ Mode locks FlaviBot's music down to the people you choose. With it off, anyone in the voice channel can use the music commands; with it on, every music action is refused unless an entry allows it. Entries attach to a member, a role or the everyone base level, and each one sets fifteen actions, from Connect Bot to Fix Audio, to Allow, Deny or Inherit. The rules apply to slash and prefix commands, the now playing buttons, the controller and the web player. The number of entries a server can hold depends on its plan.
Connect the bot, add songs, remove songs, skip, pause, stop, change the volume, view the queue: each one set to Allow, Deny or Inherit.
A member's own entry is read first, then their roles in the order you dragged them, then the base level that applies to everyone. The first Deny it meets refuses, and with nothing allowed nothing is allowed.
The web player greys out the buttons a member is not allowed to press instead of letting the click fail, so the rules are the same on both sides.
/djmode is read only: it shows whether DJ mode is on, what everyone may do by default, how many roles and members have their own entry, and links to the dashboard page.
Every setting explained, step by step.

Every music command is refused for everyone. The dashboard and /djmode both warn about that state, so allow at least Connect Bot, Add Songs and View Queue on the everyone base level.
No. They were configured by someone with Manage Server and have no member in a voice channel, so they are the one exception.
Yes. It takes one of the server's permission entries, like any member or role entry.
